Case Study

The Problem

The idea for One&Two originated from a personal experience. During a busy day in Tel Aviv, I struggled to find a clean and accessible public restroom. Despite being in a dense urban area, none of the available options met basic hygiene or accessibility expectations.

This experience exposed a broader systemic issue: even in modern cities, users struggle to locate reliable public restrooms. Existing solutions lack real-time accuracy, hygiene standards, accessibility filters, or transparent pricing. For vulnerable groups such as parents with babies, tourists, and people with disabilities, this becomes more than an inconvenience it becomes a daily friction point that impacts comfort, mobility, and time efficiency.

Target Audience

  1. Parents with babies and toddlers
  2. Tourists unfamiliar with the city
  3. Urban professionals far from home
  4. People with disabilities

Demand for Public Restrooms

Participants reported low comfort levels in public restrooms, emphasizing the need for improved maintenance and hygiene. Even in commercial locations, there is room for improvement in cleanliness and accessibility.

Challenges Identified

Key issues include:

  1. Lack of Hygiene: Dirty facilities and bad odors.
  2. Difficulty Locating Restrooms: Particularly in unfamiliar areas.
  3. Shortage of Supplies: Essentials like toilet paper and hygiene products are often missing.

Opportunities for One&Two

  1. User-Centric App: Real-time updates, cleanliness ratings, and tailored recommendations.
  2. Community Engagement: Encouraging feedback and offering incentives for user contributions.
  3. Business Integration: Partnering with businesses to provide restrooms and boost customer traffic.
  4. Complementary Services: Dispensers for hygiene products in restrooms.

Why One&Two Stands Out?

For Users: A seamless way to find clean, accessible restrooms.                      For Businesses: A tool to increase visibility and revenue. For Communities: Improving urban hygiene and accessibility standards. One&Two bridges critical gaps in public restroom services, creating value for users, businesses, and urban communities alike.

Case Study

The Problem

Students and early-career professionals often struggle to build and present their portfolios in a clear and compelling way. The job market demands polished, structured case studies, yet most users lack clarity on what to include, how to write effectively, and how to tailor content to specific roles.

Conflicting advice, changing expectations, and the absence of structured guidance create confusion. As a result, talented individuals fail to present themselves effectively — not due to lack of skill, but due to lack of clarity and direction.

This is where Portify comes in.Portify steps in as a structured, AI-assisted platform that guides users through a clear, step-by-step process, transforming uncertainty into confident, presentation-ready portfolios.

Target Audience

  1. Students in tech fields
  2. Early-career professionals
  3. Career switchers without strong portfolio structure
  4. Users without prior design knowledge

UX Challenge

The key design challenge was balancing:

  • Automation vs User Control
  • Speed vs Quality
  • Structure vs Creativity
  • Simplicity vs Customization

Designing this balance required careful UX decisions in:

  • Onboarding flow
  • AI prompt framing
  • Editable content states
  • Modular content system

MVP Scope

Given a 6-month timeline and a full development team, we defined an MVP that focused on:

  • Core AI-assisted case study generation
  • Structured onboarding
  • Editable output
  • Clean presentation layout
  • Basic personalization

Future phases were intentionally postponed (advanced analytics, deep customization, multi-template engine).
